Bowen Therapy is a gentle form of bodywork. It's aim is to activate the body's own healing abilities. Through many small inputs, the body is reprogrammed to release blockages, ease areas of tension and restore balance. The nervous system is directly affected bringing greater relaxation, rest and repair. Treatment is suitable for all ages from babies to the elderly.

What can I expect in a normal session?

Treatment is done through clothing, on a massage table.  Gentle moves are done over specific points on the body with short breaks to allow the body time to process and adjust.

How long is a session?

Sessions are generally 30min - 1hr, depending on condition being treated.
