What is your approach and philosophy to healing and your work?

For many years now my focus has been on the body, nurturing it and bringing it back into alignment, back into balance.  I began, as most of us do, with my own body and then naturally progressed to sharing what I have benefited from with others.  All my work focuses on bringing the body into a state of rest and repair, from there the body can be its own healer and great healing becomes possible on many levels.

What does a regular treatment involve?

Bowen Therapy is done through clothing, on a massage table.  Gentle moves are done over specific points on the body with short breaks to allow the body time to process and adjust.

How long will it take before I see a result? 

Most people see an improvement after 1 or 2 treatments with most problems resolved with 3-4 treatments. This does depend on the condition being treated.

Can I claim through private health insurance?

Yes.
