What does a regular treatment involve?
Your initial consult will take approximately 1 hour and I will take notes on your prior medical history, but I also like to know about lifestyle, exercise and your diet.
Follow-up consults are approx 30 minutes

Individualised remedies are given or prepared from our “practitioner only” dispensary
Referrals to other health care professionals when necessary
Nutrition & dietary advice are always part of your holistic treatment plan

How long will it take before I see a result?
You may be feeling better within a few weeks but realistically you should start to feel some easing of symptoms within 6-8 weeks
