I believe that your state of health is not something that 'happens to you' but rather the outcome of many, many factors. It is human nature to take our health for granted when we are in a state of balance and all systems are functioning unconsciously.  

Symptoms and disease occur when we are unable to maintain this state of equilibrium under constant changes in our environment, life stresses, relationships, major growth/developmental periods etc.  Where external changes and support are not enough to regain this state of balance, homeopathic treatment offers a source of sustainable energy to revitalise the system and restore health.

I believe that homeopathic medicines will one day be explained by science and therefore become a part of everyday life,  but until then my focus and efforts centre around what I can offer people in need at present.  

Treatment involves spending the time to understand your current complaint in as much detail as possible.  Questions will be vast and varied allowing me to get to know you thoroughly in order to prescribe the best suited remedy for you.  I will also complete a facial features analysis to assist in the remedy selection process.
By the end of the consultation I will have documented a very detailed record of your state of health including all current symptoms in order to compare the results following the introduction of your individually selected remedy.
A short follow up consultation will then be booked for 2-3 weeks time to assess the changes.

Following the initial consultation, a short follow up consult is booked for 2-3 weeks.  In this time period, I expect to see a clear improvement of symptoms.  This improvement may be in terms of reduced intensity of symptoms, reduced frequency or both.  Once it is established that the remedy selection is having a positive result, an ongoing plan is tailored to ensure ongoing improvement.
