What is your approach and philosophy to healing and your work?
Life does not always work out the way we expect it to. There are unexpected challenges which are at times hard to avoid. Everyday life problems such as workplace stress, family and relationship issues or coping with ill health or injury, can seriously affect your quality of life and relationships.
When there is a gap between expectations and actual life experience there can be significant emotional pain, ill-health or behavioural problems in adults, adolescents or children.
As a qualified and experienced psychologist I will listen without judging you and give you objective feedback while helping you safely explore issues and emotions in a confidential environment.

What does a regular treatment involve?
Regular treatments may be as often as once a week or once a fortnight.
How long will it take before I see a result?
You should start to feel more comfortable with your self within a few sessions but again it is always very individual. The duration of treatment depends on the issues involved.
Can I claim through private health insurance?
Yes.
Medicare rebates available with a Mental Health Care Plan from your GP.
