What is your approach and philosophy to healing and your work?

I believe that the body responds far quicker and better when you treat the whole person - Body, Mind and Spirit. These three parts make us who we are and each play an interactive role in the way we feel at any given moment.
I use a lot of relaxing nurturing strokes during any of my treatments to ensure the best results.  I also, together with Anneke, offer couples massage where you can share an hour's relaxation with your partner or friend.

What does a regular treatment involve?

Discussing individual wants and needs as well as information of any health issues, accidents and conditions, previous or current, is vital at the initial consultation so we can apply the correct course of treatment for each client.

How long will it take before I see a result? 

In most cases you will feel an improvement after the first treatment, but obviously the length of time you've had a problem and it's severity, needs to be taken into account. That is if there is a problem to begin with!!
