Naturopaths do not simply treat the manifestation of a disease but rather search for the cause and treat it.

Using a range of methods including iridology, our naturopaths assist your body in the healing process.  Naturopathic treatment also includes nutritional advice and instruction when appropriate.

What can I expect in a normal session?

A full history is taken including lifestyle, diet and exercise.  Iridology may be used as one of our diagnostic tools.  Iridology is the study of markings visible in the iris, a virtual map of your body and its systems, it may indicate past health problems and genetic health traits.

We may also suggest a zinc taste test or hair mineral test.  We will often ask you for your latest blood test results or send you for new ones.

Dietary advice/changes, vitamin and mineral supplementation are also part of our holistic approach.

How long is a session?

Initial consult is approximately 1 hour.
Follow-up consult (1-3 weeks later) is approx 30 minutes.
