Psychology is the study of the mind and human behaviour. Psychological treatment can assist with finding ways of addressing and resolving issues. It may involve identifying options and choosing between them, learning new coping skills, gaining greater awareness and understanding of issues, or being supported while recovering from a significant life event. |
