Reiki is a safe, gentle and relaxing therapy that acts primarily by aligning your electromagnetic field or aura, producing electrical and chemical changes which improve your physical and psychological wellbeing.

What can I expect in a normal session?
Once the reason for the treatment is established, you will be required to remove any jewellery. You will then lie supine on the treatment table and asked to close your eyes and relax. This is a quiet, calming treatment and there is no talking once the treatment begins. The practitioner will perform the Reiki, at times lightly touching the body or working above it, depending on the auric field they are working with. They may occasionally take notes which will be discussed at the end. In some instances you will be required to follow-up on information presented.
How long is a session?
45 minutes - 1 hour.
